Shields was hired by MassDOT for strategic, creative, and production services inorder to introduce the new Human Resources re-org across MassDOT. The reorganization targeted approximately 3,500 employees. The new messaging and branding was created so that employees would feel confident that their HR needs will be met. The reorganization was also aimed at Management, specifically as to how they and their respective departments will benefit in their partnership with the HR Business Partners. The scope of this project included a new HR logo, creative content for messaging via e-mails, posters, a video, brochures, and wallet cards. Printing of the materials and production of the animated video not required within the scope of the budget. Assets for the video were provided.
